How can I create a watchlist with Screener?
How to Create a Watch List through Screener
In this tutorial, we’ll walk through how to create and manage a watchlist in TradeVision. Watch lists are a simple but powerful feature that helps you track specific stocks, stay organized, and monitor market opportunities efficiently.
Step 1: Open the Screener
Go to the menu on the right of the platform or use the link: https://www.tradevision.io/screener/
Click on Screener.
The TradeVision stock screener opens, letting you view and filter stocks.
Step 2: Access the Watch List Menu
In the upper-right corner of the screener, you'll see a dropdown labeled Watchlist.

The menu includes predefined lists by default, such as:
All Stocks / ETFs
S&P 500
NASDAQ 100
Commodities
Built-in lists allow you to quickly view stocks in major market indices.
For example, selecting S&P 500 loads all stocks currently in the index.
Step 3: Create a New Watch List
Click Edit / Reorder Watch Lists.
Select Create New Watch List.
Enter a name for your list.
Click Save.
Example:

Your new watch list is now created and ready to be populated with stocks.
Step 4: Add Tickers to Your Watch List
You can add stocks in two ways:
Method 1: Manually Add Tickers
Inside the watch list editor, type in ticker symbols individually.
Example:
NVDA (Nvidia)
CVX (Chevron)
SPY (S&P 500 ETF)
After entering your tickers, close the editor.
Method 2: Add Stocks From the Screener
You can also add stocks directly from the screener:
Find a stock you want to track.
Click the bookmark icon next to the ticker.

Select your watch list.
Example: If you find AMZN (Amazon) in the screener, click the bookmark and assign it to your watch list.
The stock will immediately be added.
Step 5: Select Your Watch List
To view your custom list:
Go back to the Watch List dropdown in the upper-right corner.
Select the watch list you created.
You will now see all the stocks you added to the list.
Step 6: Manage Your Watch List and adding Alerts

Click Edit / Reorder Watch Lists. You can:
Add more tickers
Reorder watch lists
Set alerts (using the bell icon)
Delete a watch list (with the trash icon)
Alerts allow you to stay updated on important movements in your watch list.
Conclusion
Watch lists in TradeVision help you:
Track your favorite stocks
Stay organized
Monitor opportunities quickly
Set alerts for important price movements
More advanced watch list features will be covered in future TradeVision tutorials.
